Had endescopic spine surgery L5S1. 9 months back. But still have lots of stiffness and muscle spasm Doing regular exercise but still spasm More in morning when I wake up huge stiffness and after few minutes gradually decreased Please tell me what to do

Take analgesics Tab. Dolowin MR1-0-1*5 after food Powergesic gel , apply twice Hot fomentation Avoid straining exercise for few days If you have any radiating pain consult neurosurgeon once.
