Dear Doc, my plaster is just removed on the 17th but there is stiffness in my knuckles I can't bend my fingers fully when I try to make fist the knuckles joint pain is like hell i have been doing hot water therapy with salt 2-3 times a day while doing therapy finger bend to some degree but not fully after sometime it becomes to same cond. I have blood clotted in my one finger nail does this have something to do with pain and how I can remove clotted blood i keep my hand above heart level. Your prompt response is appreciated images attached about how much my fingers bend
