When i go from standstill position to any movement my left hand and leg are difficult to move.they are very hard to accommodate for 5 to 10 seconds.for example when i am standing in a elevator and soon as i move i found difficult to lift my left leg and my left hand is also hard to move.this problem also comes when i am sitting and then i have to walk
