Sticky painful eyes

I am having a problem with sticky eyes for the past 3 days which does not open in the morning. This irritation increases in the evening, along with itching and pain. Taking Mox eye drops, but it is not helping. Please suggest. Photo attached.

It can be mild conjunctivitis. Continue moxi eye drops and start topical lubricating eye drops for 4 times also and observe for 1 week for symptoms to subside
