Sternum area pain

Dear doctors, I have pain and pressure around in my sternum area from past 5 mnths while pressing, rotating neck, sometimes while coughing and doing some particular movements. It is a fluctuating pain. Pls suggest how to deal with it. I also have symptomatic mild MVP, Trivial MR. Thank you🙏

If it is more while pressing. it is definitely musculoskeltal pain. Try hot water fomentation.. deep breathing exercises..avoid pressing your sternum frequently..

As your pain increases with movement .. it's most likely due to muscular origin. Muscle relaxant with analgesic is advisable.
