Std result Chlamydia,herpes & syphilis

Got these test result below on testing what to do plese help. Currently I sometimes get genital sore near the anal area on and off it keeps on shifting places near genital anus area only & sometimes swelling in nodes near groins . Didnt noted the cycle of it but yes I get it sometimes I noticed. ●Hsv 1+2 IGG serum (CLIA) TEST = 12.50 index ●Chlamadia trachomatis IGG antibody serum (EIA) TEST = 3.62 ratio ●TPHA qualitative serum(agglutination) TEST = POSITIVE

Chylmydia is treatble.. you should take injectable antibiotics plus medicine we may start .. need to take some more reports and follow up after that
