Actually i had unprotected sex before 3 months and i am worried as its lockdown cannot go for a test, also as such i dont gave any symptoms but my penis has red spot which is painless and not itchy. Rarely, it hurts when i urinate. These days i am also keeping it clean by using clean and dry tube and using soap to clean it. Red spots dont hurt. Could you suggest something please here...i am worried.
