My son is 6 months old and we're about to start solids, please amswer the below doubts: 1. He can't sit yet, can he be fed in lying position? 2. Salt/sugar consumption age? 3. Cow's milk consumption age? 4. Water intake quantity? Based on answer I'll take online consultation for more doubts

1. Complete independent sitting is not compulsory for starting solids, supported sitting is fine 2. Better to wait till 1 yr 3 can start now 4.start with 50-100ml initially, then can increase gradually
