Started having pain while passing stool

Since last 2 days, having pain all the time in my butt, unable to sit. Dry stool, very painful and I have to push very hard, after few push feel like loss of energy and about to faint. Having fever now with full body pain, especially lower area. Not feeling well by passing burp or fart. Lost appetite. Not able to sleep from past two nights. Feeling very week. Pain is increasing inner are of ass and burning sensation while trying to fart or passing stool. No blood or puss in stool. Recently retuned from mountains water intake was only 1 liter per day due to -1 temperature and for 5 days while cleaning after excretion chilled water was used 0-5 degree Celsius. Please advise. Started feeling cold today.

1.high fibre diet 2.physical activity 3.hydration The above will help with constipation ,which in turn will reduce the pain felt while passing stool.

Dear patient , ya it's too painful ,it seems like fissure in ano. Please apply anovet ointment and correct the bowel habits .....with adequate high fibre diet + Duphalac \ Dulocolax tablet .
