Stapler ring not fell after 22 days

It's been 20 days since my frenuloplasty and stapler circumcision happened. It happened on 14th May, it's been 20 days now. It is 3rd June today, but the stapler ring or you know, any clip hasn't fallen fallen out yet. But the healing, I think, looks good. Last week I had consulted my surgeon. He said that after four weeks from the surgery, which means by completion if 28 days, everything should be okay, but I'm a bit worried because it's been 20 days already and none of the stitches or the pins have fallen out. I mean, not even a single pin has fallen out. So it's a bit worrying. What should I do? Attached photos.

At 20 days, it can still be normal for stapler clips/ring to remain in place. If healing looks good and there is no increasing pain, swelling, discharge, or fever, continue follow-up with your surgeon. Reassessment is reasonable if clips remain beyond 4–6 weeks.
