Which is the SSRI that works for MDD + OCD that doesn't increase blood sugar. I am a pre-diabetic so I don't mind an SSRI that reduces blood sugar Thank you

I think fluoxetine Will be a better choice. It reduces weight ( at least initially) thus has benificial effect in prediabetes.
Next Steps
psychotherapy (CBT) is also a choice.
