My daughter had alternating squint with score of 20 to 25.we r planning for the surgery. My doubt is whether doctors can use sterilised instruments or they should use new single use instrument for the surgery.because hospital persons are giving packages like that.

Every doctor/hospital would not any infection in any patient and aseptic pracautions are taken every where. Squint surgery is an extraocular surgery where risk of severe infection is less. So watever package you opt from point of view of infection be assured.
