Cosmetic squint surgery is possible, but there are chances of the eye deviating again as it is a blind eye. Plan the surgery accordingly. Usually I recommend surgery close to the age when you plan to get married as it can be an issue at that time. However it is possible even now if you have image issues disturbing you.
