I have blindness in left eye and because of it is increasingly becoming squint,can anything help to reduce it

Blind always looses muscle power and goes outward. You can go for squint surgery for cosmetic purpose. It will not increase your vision but your eyes become aligned. I  am a squint specialist. For further information of surgery, you can consult
