Some time my one eye move right side when i remove spect and feel sleepy how can i correct my eye sight?the problem occurs mostly when i wake up not permanent squint ?suggest treatment without surgery's!!

May be exo or esophoria type of latent squint . Consult paediatric ophthalmologist ,squint specialist in your area .
