Squint and Retina Dilation

I have squint problem since birth but from quite some time, I am facing issue in vision because of that. I want to get it resolved before the situation get worse. Also, I want  some information on retina dilation.

wheth call retina  dilatation seems to be pupil. please share a close-up pic of your eyes and get your eyes testing done again.
