My father diagnosed with stage 1 cancer at right vocal cord.Here i would like to know which treatment is best radiotherapy or laser and which hospital in vizag is best for the treatment of the same.

Go ahead with radiation, even after laser u might /will need radiation.

The best treatment would be to go for radiotherapy...it has excellent results..I am not sure about vizag..if you can come down to Hyderabad, you can meet me..
