Common symptoms in pregnancy include itching or irritation around the vagina, thick white curdy discharge, redness, soreness and burning sensation while passing urine. At 7 weeks with a heartbeat already seen, bending down and gentle squats are usually fine unless they cause pain or bleeding. A yeast infection usually causes itching and a thick white discharge, and it's common in pregnancy because of hormone changes.
Next Steps
Avoid heavy lifting and stop any exercise that causes pulling or pain. Mild pressure to pass stool is fine, but avoid pushing hard, and add more fibre and water to stay regular. See your obstetrician promptly if you notice itching, discharge, cramping, or bleeding, so it can be checked properly.
