Respected Sir/Ma'am,
Does everyone having sputum production without cough and fever.. Is he/she suffering from tuberculosis??

Usually tuberculosis will have fever, weight loss, appetite loss, night sweats etc. If Phlegm or sputum persists for long time needs to rule out bronchitis or COPD esp accompanied with breathlessness.

It can be happen.. sputum production without cough and fever. If he/she having sputum with blood tinged or heamoptysis, more than 2 weeks, it may be case of tuberculosis.
