I have been spotting period blood but when I use pads it won't get flowed down. Last month this happened for a week atleast before last month I didn't had my periods. Last 2 months was very hectic for me due to continuous work and hence no physical excercise. In this lockdown I have put on 5 kgs of weight. Now, I am afraid that this might me pcos/pcod. Can anyone help?
