Spotting from yesterday night

Hi doctor From yesterday night I have started spotting, I thought my periods got started as the date is on 24th but morning till now there is very lil spotting. I had an ipill on 19th of this month . Is this the side effects of ipill or any pregnancy sign. Please kindly guide.
