Spotting from 3 days hcg drops

My LMP was November 1st and when I tested December 1st it was negative on 40th day also negative 45th day also negative but on my 50th day I got positive for pregnancy...Next day got beta hcg it was 560.42 mIU /ml and next day I got spotting ( 8-10 drops an average for 1 day brownish blood ) doctor said me to repeat beta hcg after 48 hours so i got the results of 464.40 mlU/ ml...my doctor said that she has no hope for good, as I have endometrial thickness 9.m and I will get miscarriage naturally...but I am not bleeding not feeling pain anything maximum 10 drops of brown blood spotting per day from 4 days... What i am going through please tell me

Drop of hcg is not considered healthy sign…you should consult gynaecologist

This is called biochemical pregnancy You have posted this question yesterday as well As already detailed yesterday this is an unfruitful pregnancy as bhcg titers  are declining in 48 hours rather than doubling

Beta hcg report should double in 48 hours in a normal pregnancy. If the value is declining then there may be a pregnancy which in not surviving
