Hi doc, I got mirena iud 6 month ago. i had it 2 years after birth to my first baby. never had any miscarriages. I am 30years now. past 10 years my periods was irregular, but normal bleeding flow and i always had a pain on 1st day alone. after mirena i have been on and off spotting till now. i use panty liners because its not heavy bleeding. but i always keep panty liners. it really annoy me on sexual life. there will be 1- 2 weeks of spotting and nothing for 5-10 days then again it starts. my doc adviced it will change after 6 months. its been 7 month already but still spotting regularly. should i take out mirena or what should i do. pls advice me further
