Spotting during intake of dienogest tab

I have been on dienogest medication from 22nd of March 2024 but from April 21st I can see some blood spotting in my pads from 3days . Is this normal?? What should I do ? I have been diagnosed with endometriosis also. This tablet was suggested by my gynaecologist.

This is a Side effect This medicine is known to cause irregular bleeding also absence of periods You cannot do anything about it this will settle on its own Continue taking the medication
