Spotting after meprate no periods yet

I took meprate for 5 days one time a day and 10 days later i have spotting but there is no periods yet the spotting has been for 3 4 days now and I'm worried what is the issue. all ultrasounds and blood test etc show negative for pregnancy and also it's been 6 months since intercourse. what could it possibly be?
