Spotting after 3 days from period end

Hi, I am observing a reddish spotting after 3 days from my period ends. We are actually planning for conception. I also did Pelvis sonography and results are absolutely normal. Please let me why this is occuring. I am really worried.

Examination of cervix to know if its ectropion or erosion can tell the cause... tats why recommend an in person consultation. Always sooner the better
