Spotting after 14days of taking ipill

2025-10-20 15:27:49
I had my last periods on 25th September. Then on 4th October, I had unprotected sexual intercourse with my boyfriend, after which I took an I-pill within 1hour. From 18th October, it's been 3days, I'm experiencing light, sticky bleeding accompanied with recurring nausea and dizziness and light headaches. On 19th oct i took a pregnancy test but it shows negative. Chances of pregnancy ?

There’s possibility of pregnancy. You should check your serum beta HCG test to confirm

Chances of pregnancy are low, since you took the medication before 12 th day of your cycle.
Next Steps
Wait for proper menstruation to start.

Wait for periods. Pills have some menstrual irregularities as side effects

You had your last period on 25 September. You had sexual intimacy on 4 October. The chances of pregnancy are very remote. You took i pill on 4 October. You could have got withdrawal bleeding by 10 or 11 October. But that didn't happen. My assessment is that you are having an early period. It will merge with a regular period which you might have within a day or two.
