Dear Doctor, There are two small black color spots in soft palate. No pain, bleeding, increase in shape & color etc. Attached the images ? I have highlighted in red color What could be these spots

From your narrative and the pictures you have attached I cannot see any abnormality there. Or maybe the pictures are not clear enough to show the things that you have described. As such blackish discoloration on the the oral or palate mucosa is called melanoplakia. This can be seen in normal people as well. If there are no other symptoms like you have mention then you should not worry about it. If it all there develops any ulcer or if there is any pain you can consult online. Thank you
