The visible spot has occured automatically without any injury ...not on any specific medication ...no diabetes or any other ailment Diagnose the condition and suggest what can be done...Also,please check the description of the pateint ...This is for my father

The wound appears to be secondary to vasculitis.It needs further detailed history,examination,rheumatologist opinion and coverage with a skin graft to heal it. It may recurr if not appropriately managed.
