I have a black/brown spot on hand. Not itching, no pain nothing. Photo is attached. Its been 6-8 months. Pls suggest.

This could b a Prurigo Nodularis or even a post traumatic Hypertrophic Scar tissue. Both r possible. It can remain static for a long duration but may end up flaring up with symptoms like itching and flaking with time. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
