My mother is having severe rashes and diagnosed as spongiotic. Can she travel abroad to Germany as she was told to avoid winter climate. Pls suggest

She can travel you have to take care of skin dryness by using moisturizer and trifling food and fabrics can use tacrolimus ointment .01% twice a day
