Can spondylitis cause sudden dizziness? Just now I was sleeping and I  got up for washroom  nd I felt like dizziness suddenly .also have little pain in cervical .what to do I am feeling anxious,???,

Yes, ot can. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Its not because of spondylosis. Its postural hypotension, which is a phenomenon seen if you get up suddenly from sleep or change posture suddenly. Happens with many people. Theres nothing to worry about. Cervical Region pain may be because of spondylosis.
