I am a bit stressed I am getting spo2 of 95 but it's not always 95 it is increasing 95,96,97,99,98 but why going 95/96 is scaring me as below 95 is not normal I heard and seeing 95 scared me a lot I don't know why it is going to 95/96 instead of 98-99 I am feeling shortness of breath due to anxiety now Is there any test I should do or something As I am so scared pls help

It is Normal. Pl do Yoga and pranayama and meditation. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
