that is very normal that small children after taking breastfeeding will regurgitate small amount of milk. if the amount of milk is less than 10 ml no need to worry. this curd like milk is normal and no treatment is required. but if the quantity of milk is more than you have to rule out any gastric problem the child might be having. you can decrease the the regurgitation by giving more burping time to the child. also due to common pathway at the back between nasal cavity and the oral cavity the milk can come out through the nasal cavity also during the regurgitation and vomiting which is normal meet your dr if vomiting is in large quantity and happening again and again

Between food pipe and stomach, there is a stomach valve. This is very weak in child below 6 months so they spit out some milk. Milk remains in the stomach for 30 min and then it moves forward so within that time child may spit out. It is normal. Need to worry if child is becoming irritable due to it or is not gaining weight. To decrease the reflux -Keep the child upright -Make the child sleep with an angle to surface so that head and neck is above the stomach (30 degree angle)

Do adequate burping following feed. Hold the baby upright for some time. Overfeed may be the reason.

That's normal phenomenon No need to worry If gaining weight and passing urine more than 6-8 times a day no problem
