I think the gap between the two joint of my upper back has increased. I always listen some type of joints broken sound from the middle of my back when i try to squeeze my shoulder blade. So what should I do now? Is there any harmful sign in the above condition? If possible please tell me some exercises that can help me in this situation. Please Please please help me. Thank you.
