Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon or neuro surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello. Your MRI Spine a lot of problems, specially the disk bulges & spinal canal narrowing are concerning. Considering your age, they may a cause a lot of problems in future, if not treated early. Pain in right leg is due to nerve root compression & resultant radiculopathy. Please contact any neurosurgeon or orthopedician ASAP. Take tab GABANEURON SR 600mg 1tab at bedtime, it will help to reduce the pain. You will also need physiotherapy and exercises.

Hello There. I can understand your concern, the problem is clearly with your discs in the spine which are getting degenerated and bulging out and causing pressure on the nerve roots. There is not much we can do about it from this platform. I would however advise you to consult a Orthopaedic spine surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
