Hello. Your MRI Spine a lot of problems, specially the disk bulges & spinal canal narrowing are concerning. Considering your age, they may a cause a lot of problems in future, if not treated early. Pain in right leg is due to nerve root compression & resultant radiculopathy. Please contact any neurosurgeon or orthopedician ASAP.
