I am suffering from Spinal pain tail bone to mid back pain ,and buttock pain ,both side symmetrical My hlab27 is negative,MRI of SI joints and pelvic was normal in Feb 2022 , yesterday my ESR 13 CRP 0.78,can MRI miss early symptom
