Disc desiccation changes are seen at C-4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels.. Rest of the intervertebral discs are normal In height and hydration. Posterior longitudinal ligament hypertrophy is seen at C6 body level. Disc osteophyte bulge with bilateral ligaments falvum hypertrophy Is seen at C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 level causing anterior and posterior
