Spinal Surgery

Experiencing extreme back pain. MRI scan result was this: Sacralisation of the L5 vertebra. Posterocentral disc extrusion at L4-L5 level causing identation of ventral thecal sac. Disc dessication at all levels. Annular disc bulge ar C5-C6 C6-C7 causing identation. What type of spinal surgery will I undergo in the future? What's the success rate of spinal surgeries without any complications? How long do I have before I have to go through the surgery? I'm 28yrs male. Diagnosed 1 year back.

Sacralisation of L5, is not a cause for worry at all. It is just normal. With regard to the other changes and your question about need for surgery, it all depends on what your symptoms are and what difficulties you face from your back. The MRI report is not too worrying, there is some areas where the disc is worn out but nothing worrying for now.
Next Steps
