Hi. I have severe back pain from gym when pull dumbbells from the ground which weigh 15kg both side. now i am taking bed rest properly as i had this issue long back. kindly suggest me the resolution..

Hello sir,      First of all building up a exercise regimen is a long process for years please don't try to grow immediately. As of now avoid gym activities, take good rest. You need further evaluation for this meet an orthopaedic surgeon ASAP.
