Posterior disc osteophytic complexes from C3-C4 to C6-C7 levels causing mild anterior thecal sac indentation and mild narrowing of spinal canal. Few small perineural cysts are seen in bilateral neural foramina at multiple levels. At C4-C5 & C5-C6 levels, there is mild narrowing of right neural foramen with possible mild impingement of exiting nerve root.
