What are the symptoms? The MRI findings suggest degenerative changes in cervical and lumbar spine but no any cord or nerve root compression . Looking at the report there may be only neck and back pain which can be relieved with medication and physiotherapy

I have reviewed the MRI findings. They show mild age-related degenerative changes in both the cervical and lumbar spine, including disc desiccation, small disc bulges, and osteophytes. There is mild narrowing of the spinal canal and right neural foramen at C4–C5 and C5–C6, with possible mild irritation of the exiting nerve root. In the lumbar spine, there are small disc protrusions at L4–L5 and L5–S1, but no significant nerve root compression. The perineural (Tarlov) cysts are usually incidental and do not require treatment unless they correlate with your symptoms. Based on the MRI alone, surgery is not indicated. Continue conservative treatment with physiotherapy, posture correction, and medications as advised. If your symptoms persist or worsen, dynamic flexion-extension X-rays of the cervical and/or lumbar spine may be required to rule out instability (listhesis), as MRI performed in the lying-down position may not detect dynamic spinal instability.
