I have been having a pain in spinal cord for an year and every morning I wake up the pain really makes me uncomfortable.

Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor . You need further evaluation to rule any problem in disc or other problems
