Spinal and ankle joint problem

My mother have foot and ankle problem since 25 yrs. And from 3 yrs she has spinal problem. She has consulted many doctors but everyone are saying that nothing can be done. And also nobody can tell what is the problem and how can be cured. The foots are bend slightly and the left ankle is swollen. Now the spinal cord is slightly bend.
