I am getting sperm/sticky liquid while urinating since the last 2 years. It occurs sometimes at the at beginning, mid and end . Also I feel inflammation in left testicle. I am having black spots on the feet for the said period. Also, I am in the habit of masterbation for the last 10 yrs. I think, I also have erectile dysfunction. Please guide me, as I am about to get married in coming 2 months.
