I was diagnosed with Asthenoteratozoospermia, Data:- Count-20 millions/ml PH-7.2 Motility:-21 A.Rapid progression-6 B.Slow progression-15 Non progressive-15 Immotile-64 Morphology:- Normal forms-2% Head-32 Neck/midpiece-22 Tail-20 I was given with medicines Folsafe, UBI Q 300, Fertomid 25mg each for 1 month period. Daily I'm doing pelvic exercises, normal exercises, and jogging to improve it, and having food related to increase sperm motility and marphology. Is Asthenoteratozoospermia is curable if I follow the exercises and food intake?  After how many months can I get sperm analysis test to get data again
