Once few drops of sperms comes out (not complete ejaculation) my pennies looses strength to have sex, it will regain strength for normal sex after a week. Is the problem related to fertility or decreased speminal fluid generation? What is the problem? What is treatment? Which doctors to consult? Am facing this problem from about an year.
