Hello Doc. My sperm count is 68 mil/ml; Motility - 52%; Progressive Motility - 44% Morphology Normal - 10% Me & my wife are unable to conceive as she is diagnosed with PCOS. Her treatment is going on & her doc has suggested me to take 'Energos-Q10' to improve motility. Should I go ahead & take this medication as I have read online that my numbers are fine. Thank you.
