Sperm Motility after Varicocele Surgery

I undergone Varicocele surgery and after three months, in SA report Motility percentage increased to 24 from 5. Again after two months I took another SA rest in that it was mentioned 0 percentage motility. How the increased motility will go to 0 percentage which I was not having even before surgery?. I have taken the SA test in a separate lab which was functioning only for tests as it was nearer to me. Please help/advice what I have to do.
