Dear sir / madam On 10th may 2022 i had done my semen analysis test where in i found out my sperm count was 16 million , motility was 42 percent and morphology was 4percent , today i had done another semen analysis test where in i found that my sperm count was 6 million , motility is increased to 84 percent but morphology is 3 percent ...even though motility is doubled morphology is not increased , please suggest me what can be done naturally to increase sperm morphology ...i am eating sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and i am doing regular exercise from 6 months
