Does high sperm count means healthy testicular...?? My Semen analysis Report shows 34 million sperm per ml.. It is good or poor sperm count...?? Or do testicular change their size according to their need...?? Sometimes i feel my testicular bigger or sometime its shorter... Is their any problem.. I don't hav any kind pain.. Or not lump..

Hello... But why did you order this test... Doctor can suggest you only based on underlying problem... If you sperm count is adequate and you are still 22 don't worry about all these unnecessarily... Scrotum enlarges and contracts often... Testicular size remains the same.....
